How Do I Update My Payment Method?
You must be an Administrator on your Concord account to make this change.
If you need to change the credit card or payment method on your Concord account, here's how to do it.
How to Update Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Company > Subscription
- Click Change Payment Method
- Enter your new credit card or ACH (bank account) details
- Save your changes
Your new payment method will be used for all future invoices and charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards and ACH (direct bank transfer) are the accepted payment methods
- All payments are processed in USD
- Concord does not accept checks
Updating Billing Contact or Address
To update the billing contact email, billing address, or other account-level billing details, contact support@concord.app. These changes require action from our billing team.
Billing System Migration (Temporary)
Due to an ongoing billing system migration, some accounts may not currently be able to update their payment method directly in Concord. If you see a notice in your Settings > Company > Subscription page indicating this, contact support@concord.app and our team will make the change for you. This is a temporary situation while the migration is being completed.
Important Notes
- Only Administrators can update payment methods
- Changes take effect immediately for future charges
- If your payment method has expired, update it before your next renewal to avoid service interruption
