Does Concord Charge VAT or Sales Tax?

Here's what you need to know about taxes on your Concord invoices.

Concord's Tax Status

Concord Worldwide, Inc. is a United States-based company. All invoices are issued in USD from our U.S. entity.

  • No VAT is charged on Concord invoices. As a non-EU supplier, Concord transactions fall outside the scope of UK/EU VAT.
  • Sales tax may apply depending on your location and applicable laws.

Tax Exemption Requests

If your organization is tax-exempt and you need to submit a tax exemption certificate, please contact our billing team at support@concord.app with:

  • Your company name
  • Your tax exemption certificate or documentation

W-9 Requests

If you need a W-9 form from Concord for your records, contact support@concord.app and our billing team will provide one.
