How Does My Concord Subscription Renewal Work?
Only Administrators can view and manage subscription and renewal settings.
Here's everything you need to know about how Concord subscription renewals work.
Automatic Renewal
Concord subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless your contract specifies otherwise. No action is required on your part if you'd like to continue your subscription.
- You'll receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your renewal date
- An invoice is generated upon renewal and charged to the payment method on file
- Your subscription continues without interruption
Before Your Renewal
Before your renewal date, you may want to:
- Review your current plan: Go to Settings > Company > Subscription to see your plan details, seat count, and renewal date
- Update your payment method: If your credit card or bank account has changed, update it in Settings > Company > Subscription > Change Payment Method
- Adjust your seat count: Add or remove seats before renewal if needed
If You Want to Cancel
To prevent auto-renewal, you must submit a cancellation request before the deadline specified in your contract.
- Cancel in Concord: Settings > Company > Subscription > Request Cancellation
- Or email: support@concord.app
Check your agreement or contact support@concord.app to confirm your cancellation notice period. If you miss the deadline, your subscription will renew for another term.
