What Happens When My Concord Subscription Expires?
If your Concord subscription has ended — whether through cancellation or non-renewal — here's what to expect.
Access After Expiration
Once your subscription term ends:
- You will lose access to the Concord platform (you won't be able to log in or manage documents)
- All other users on your account will also lose access
- You can no longer create, edit, or sign documents through Concord
Your Data After Expiration
After your subscription expires, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. This includes:
- All signed contracts and documents
- Summary sheets
- Audit trails and version history
Export your data before your subscription ends to avoid losing access permanently.
Exporting Your Data
If you know your subscription is ending, export your data before it expires:
- Download signed contracts as PDFs
- Download summary sheets as PDFs
- Export contract lists as Excel or CSV files
If your subscription has already expired and you need access to your data, contact support@concord.app — our team can help with data export.
Reactivating Your Subscription
To reactivate an expired subscription, contact support@concord.app. Our team will help you:
- Choose a plan that fits your needs
- Set up payment
- Restore access to your account and all existing data
Important Notes
- Subscriptions that are not cancelled before the deadline in your contract will auto-renew
- If your subscription expired due to non-payment, resolving the outstanding balance will restore access
- All billing is in USD
