Concord introduced a new feature designed to strengthen the security of your document-sharing process. Effective the 17th of December, document access through invitation emails will be restricted to the intended recipient.
Key changes:- Access restriction: Only the original recipient of an invitation email can open the document.
- Forwarded emails: If an invitation email is forwarded, the new recipient will be denied access and informed that the document is restricted to the intended recipient.
- Enhanced sharing control: If you wish to share the document with others, you can easily do so using our "Get shareable link" option from the agreement view. This allows you to manage access more effectively and control who has permission to view the contract.
Why does this matter? These enhancements ensure that sensitive information remains secure, even if emails are forwarded, aligning with best practices for confidentiality and data integrity.
