Managing Advanced Notification Settings for Deadline Digests

As a Concord administrator, you can now centrally manage notification settings for deadline digests across your organization. This powerful feature ensures your team receives consistent reminders about important contract deadlines based on organizational priorities.

Accessing Advanced Notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Company from the left menu.
  3. Click on Advanced Notifications.

Managing Custom Deadline Digests for Views

In the Advanced Notifications menu, you can see all views created by any user within your organization, whether shared or unshared.

  1. Browse the list of views or use the search bar to find a specific view by name.
  2. For each view, you can:
    • See the creator's avatar and name
    • View who has access to this view
    • Activate or deactivate the digest using the toggle switch
    • Configure the digest frequency

Configuring Digest Frequency

To set how often users receive deadline digests for a particular view:

  1. Locate the view in the Advanced Notifications menu.
  2. Click on the frequency dropdown menu.
  3. Select the time unit (days, weeks, months, or years).
  4. Enter a numerical value (whole numbers only).
  5. Save your settings.

Users will receive digests according to this schedule and cannot deactivate these admin-configured notifications.

Managing Recipients for Digests

You can add or remove users who receive digests for specific views:

  1. Click the sharing option next to the view name.
  2. Add new recipients by entering their email addresses or names.
  3. Remove current recipients by clicking on the avatars.
  4. Save your changes.
