Copy Contract Summary from a Signed Document
Each Concord document's Summary Sheet provides at-a-glance access to crucial information, third-party data, contract lifecycle, custom fields, financial clauses, etc.
The Copy Contract Summary feature allows users to quickly generate a new Signed document with a pre-filled Summary Sheet.
To copy a signed contract's Summary:
- Open any Signed document
- Click File
- Click Copy contract summary
- You will be redirected to your new Signed document. All Summary Sheet data will be pre-filled.
- Import or drag and drop a file
- Save
This feature is offered on Signed documents and can be used to create new Signed documents only. For generating unsigned documents with matching Summary Sheets, please use the Template feature. Only users with the ability to create Signed documents in their role can use Copy Contract Summary.
