Updating Your Billing Information
How to update your payment method
- As an Administrator, open Settings by clicking the gear icon.
- Under Company, choose Subscription.
- Select Change Payment Method.
- Update Your Payment Method.
- From this menu, you can update the credit card on file for your Concord Account.
- To edit Billing and Shipping addresses, or the email address we have on file, select Update your Payment method as shown below:

Payment Methods
- Only credit cards are accepted as a payment method with the exception of annual invoices exceeding $10,000 / 10,000 EUR.
- Accounts with an annual invoice of $10,000 / 10,000 EUR or more can pay using other payment methods. For additional information, please contact billing@concordnow.com.
