How to Delete a Company or Subsidiary

You may request to delete a Company/Subsidiary account from our platform. Concord is GDPR compliant - you have complete control over your data.

Delete Company Account

  • Download documents you'd like to keep for your records
  • From the Home page, click Documents > click Stages from the lefthand menu > Click All > check the box on the to select all > click Actions > select Download documents.

 

Leave documents sent from external parties

  • If you were invited to a document(s) created on Concord by another company or individual, please leave the document(s):
  • From the Home page, click Documents > click Stages from the lefthand menu > Click All > check the box(es) beside the document(s) that an external party invited you to > click the trash icon > select Leave contract.

  • Cancel your active negotiations
  • From the Home page, click Documents > click Stages from the lefthand menu > Click All > check the box on the top toolbar to select all > click the trash icon > select Cancel contract.
  •  Send all documents to the Deleted folder
  • From the Home page, click Documents > click Stages from the lefthand menu > Click All > check the box on the top toolbar to select all > click the trash icon > select Delete

  •  Empty your Deleted folder
  • From the Home page, click Documents > click Stages from the lefthand menu > Click Deleted  > check the box on the top toolbar to select all > click the trash icon > select Delete.

  • Administrators may Submit a request for your company to be deleted with written confirmation that you (and other users in your Company) have downloaded all necessary data, canceled any outstanding agreements, and deleted all documents from your Deleted folder.
