Sharing a template with your colleagues will ensure that they always have access to the most up-to-date document version which will help your organization maintain consistency and efficiency.
To share your template:
- Select the Documents icon on the left of the home page.
- This will take you to your inbox.
- Click on the title of the template that you would like to share.
- If you have difficulty finding a template, use the filter option in the top left-hand corner.
- Open the template that you would like to share, and select Share in the top right corner.
- Type the user's email address that you would like to share the template with and select.
- When all wanted users have been selected, click Confirm & Share.
- The template will now be available to shared users within their Document Inbox.
Templates & Folder Access
- Access to templates can also be given by storing templates within folders. When a template is added to a folder, the template becomes immediately available to all users who have shared access to the folder.
