Importing Signed or Paper Contracts
Even if an agreement was signed outside of Concord, you can upload it to Concord to track its execution, helping to maintain all your contract documents in a single location for easier management.
To import a signed contract:
- Click on the New document button at the left side of the homepage and click on Upload signed document.
- Click 'Browse' or drag and drop your file into Concord.
- Fill in the field 'Untitled document' to give your document a title.
Note: You can also 'Bulk Upload' documents.
