Creating Documents from Requests

Once your request has been reviewed, you or an assignee can create a document based on the request:

  2. Click the Create document button.

  3. The system will automatically create a new document using the linked template, with all completed fields from your request already populated.

Why does this matter?

Creating intake requests from forms offers several advantages:

  • Ensures consistency in request information
  • Streamlines the document creation process
  • Automatically routes requests to the appropriate person
  • Reduces errors and duplicate data entry
  • Creates a clear audit trail for document requests
