How Do I Cancel My Concord Subscription?

Only Administrators can request subscription cancellation.

If you're considering ending your Concord subscription, here's how to cancel and what to expect.

How to Cancel

Depending on your contract terms, you may need to submit your cancellation request before a specific deadline ahead of your next renewal date. Check your agreement or contact support@concord.app to confirm your notice period.

You can cancel in one of two ways:

Option 1: Through Concord

  1. Log in as an Administrator
  2. Go to Settings > Company > Subscription
  3. Click Request Cancellation
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

Option 2: By email

Send your cancellation request to support@concord.app. Include your company name and the administrator's email address.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing term. You'll continue to have full access during this period.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused time, partial months, or early termination.
  • If cancellation is not received before the deadline specified in your contract, your subscription will automatically renew for another term.

Export Your Data Before Cancellation

Before your subscription ends, you can export your key documents and data:

  • Download all original signed contracts as PDFs
  • Download all summary sheets as PDFs
  • Export your contract lists as Excel or CSV files

After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting all documents and data before your subscription term ends.
