# How Do I Cancel My Concord Subscription?
**Only Administrators can request subscription cancellation.**
If you're considering ending your Concord subscription, here's how to cancel and what to expect.
## How to Cancel
Depending on your contract terms, you may need to submit your cancellation request before a specific deadline ahead of your next renewal date. Check your agreement or contact **support@concord.app** to confirm your notice period.
You can cancel in one of two ways:
**Option 1: Through Concord**
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Go to **Settings \> Company \> Subscription**
3. Click **Request Cancellation**
4. Follow the prompts to confirm
**Option 2: By email**
Send your cancellation request to **support@concord.app**. Include your company name and the administrator's email address.
## What Happens After You Cancel
- Your subscription remains **active until the end of your current billing term**. You'll continue to have full access during this period.
- No refunds or credits are issued for unused time, partial months, or early termination.
- If cancellation is not received before the deadline specified in your contract, your subscription will automatically renew for another term.
## Export Your Data Before Cancellation
Before your subscription ends, you can export your key documents and data:
- Download all original signed contracts as PDFs
- Download all summary sheets as PDFs
- Export your contract lists as Excel or CSV files

## After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for **90 days** and then **permanently deleted**. We strongly recommend exporting all documents and data before your subscription term ends.
