How Do I Add or Remove Seats on My Concord Account?

You must be an Administrator on your Concord account to manage seats.

If you need to change the number of user seats on your Concord account, here's how.

How to Manage Seats

  1. Go to Settings > Company > Subscription
  2. View your current seat count and plan details
  3. Follow the prompts to add or remove seats

Adding Seats

  • New seats take effect immediately
  • Billing for added seats is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle
  • Added users can be invited right away from Settings > Company > Users

Removing Seats

  • Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal
  • You must first remove the users from your account before reducing seat count
  • Go to Settings > Company > Users to deactivate users you no longer need

Minimum Seat Requirement

Current Concord subscription plans have a minimum of 5 seats. You cannot reduce your seat count below 5.

Billing System Migration (Temporary)

Due to an ongoing billing system migration, some accounts may not currently be able to modify their seat count directly in Concord. If you see a notice in your Settings > Company > Subscription page indicating this, contact support@concord.app and our team will make the change for you. This is a temporary situation while the migration is being completed.

Important Notes

  • Seat changes may affect your invoice amount
  • For questions about seat pricing, contact support@concord.app
  • If you need to swap a user (replace one person with another without changing seat count), you can do this in Settings > Company > Users by removing the old user and inviting the new one
